Exceprt from weekly DeafDigest.

'LIPREADING A TERRIBLE VOICE?
Stan Boardman, not deaf, is a stand-up comedian in the United Kingdom.
He said:

My singing voice is terrible - deaf people refuse to read my lips

Huh! How can a deaf person realize that a voice is so terrible
that he would refuse to read lips? And besides, deaf people would
normally request that songs be interpreted - thus no need to try
to lipread or to try to understand a terrible voice.'

Deaf Digest is a weekly news column e-mailed to subscribers that includes short tidbits, information, news, and updates. There is only one person doing all the work and it's more like an opinion column.

My opinion on this: Deaf Digest Editor has no sense of humor. Get. A. Life. Fricking idiot!
